Warranty Policy
When receiving the product, make sure the packaging is intact. Please read the manual and follow the instructions before using the product. If you encounter any problems during use, please contact us to explain the problem and provide photos or videos. We will try to solve the problem remotely. If the product is still unusable, we can resend or refund it for you.
Product does not work
Diffuser not working: Use the correct adapter (usually 5V2A or 12V, 24V adapter) as indicated in the instructions. Make sure the water stays below the water line and prevent water from entering the vent.
Humidifier not working: Make sure the entire cotton wand of the humidifier is damp and pressing against the bottom end of the atomizer blade inside the hood.
Keep in mind:
This is a diffuser, no cotton sticks are needed. You can add non-corrosive essential oils to diffuse the aroma.
Make sure you use a 5V2A adapter for power supply, otherwise the circuit may be damaged.
Make sure the water level remains below the MAX line and do not allow water to enter the ventilation shaft, otherwise it may damage the circuit.
It is recommended to add essential/essential oils. Please do not add perfume and cologne. [ Not included! ]
